I wear orthotics because on flat feet, so always wearing shoes even at home to avoid back pains and leg muscle tightness. Got these things approx a week ago.
Fitting – Felt tight at first but have opened up now.
I’m delighted to say I can wear them when I come home without struggling later on. My muscles feeling don’t feel tight and lower back feels normal.
Wore them outside and walked about with no issues ( God send for summer finally!!!)
The only options I was aware of was Betula or Birkenstock (and were t comfortable for long periods of wear and feet would ache a lot if work for long.

I have wide feet and size 9 which is small for a 6 ft male so I do have problems of all types when fitting shoes. Must say they fit like a glove and apart from minor chaff would give a 5.

Some retail outlets to try sizing would help but if you’re thinking about buying online then go two sizes bigger than normal.

I wear orthotics all the time and as such, regular thongs are not an option due to foot and back pain. Lightfeet Arch Support Thongs provide genuine support – it’s like they have invisible inbuilt orthotics! These things are unbelievably comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and they offer instant relief. I can even wear them on long walks with minimal discomfort. The colour options are good. I own 6 pairs in different colours as they are the only warm weather shoes that I wear. My 77 year old mother just put them on and was delighted with the moulding and comfort ‘they stay on my feet’. I guess I might have to relinquish a pair – maybe the beige, or the pink. But not the coral. I LOVE the coral pair!

Look, these thongs seem very well made, and I love a bit of arch support. And they’ll be perfect for almost everyone, but if your feet are “tall” or a bit swollen (as mine are) you’ll find the straps very tight. I went up from a size 11 (my size) to a size 15 (which oddly, still seems to be OK for length) and I still find them a bit tight. I’m trying to stretch them out at the moment. Anyway, awesome for the 90% or so of people who have “normal” feet. That said, I don’t have the same problem with any other brand of thongs.

Second pair of thongs i have bought. Have used a similar pair of arch support thongs before but find these ones better. Specifically the little ridges on the thongs means your foot doesn’t slide when the thong gets wet, which happens with the other brand.

Light Feet! Love these things. Bought a pair a couple of years ago and wear them every day still. Great for high arches. So good I bought another pair for my 85 year old mum for Christmas. Now she raves about them too. Only gripe: my first pair were sized for women. Now the sizes are unisex but they are not consistent with the older sizing and the overall show feels wider even size adjusted. I’d say the no doubt economic move to unisex sizing made it necessary to move to a wider show which for me doesn’t feel as comfortable as the old model. They’re still great, just not as great ?.

These thongs arrived on time and as advertised. They fit snugly and are supportive. Looking closer, the bottom of the right thong, at the toe plug, has cracks and a cavity or indentation already. With this, I expect the toe strap to break or rip through sooner than the other thong. Unfortunately, this is a flaw, and I did not salvage any of the packing, so I will keep the shoes.
